If low-viscosity epoxy resin is used, the components A and B of the low-viscosity epoxy resin need to be mechanically stirred evenly first, and then mixed and stirred evenly according to the ratio of component A: component B = 3:1.
According to the actual width of the cracks on site and the construction conditions, the epoxy resin mixture can be diluted by adding an appropriate amount of diluent (such as acetone, xylene, or special diluent for resin) to reduce the viscosity of the resin and make rose quartz slab easy to pour.
The one-time compounding amount should not exceed 1 kg, and it can be used as needed. The initial curing time is 0.5-1 hour, and the complete curing time is 24 hours. If the one-time compounding amount is too much, the initial curing time will be shortened accordingly. Use a high-pressure grouting pump to pour the glue into the hollow drum, and determine the grouting pressure and grouting amount according to the specific conditions of the hollow drum. And use a rubber hammer to continuously tap around the perfusion hole to accelerate the penetration of the glue;
Tap the vicinity of the perfusion hole to check the glue diffusion range. Generally,rose quartz slab is advisable to pour 1.5~2.5L glue into one hole. For areas with serious warped corners, you can use a heavy object (20-30 kg) to flatten the warped corner after grouting, and remove the heavy object after the resin is cured to produce a cohesive force (24 hours).
After the grouting machine is used for the day, it should be cleaned with Tianna water or acetone, and then cleaned with diesel oil or engine oil to avoid clogging.
