Installation Option 2

This method is similar to Option 1, but with one key difference:

• The panel thickening strip covers the horizontal gap of the vertical plate.
• The vertical plate only reduces the thickness of the panel by 15mm.
• However, this approach increases the risk of thickening strip detachment and edge cracking.

By referring to the figure below, we can determine the calculation formula for ordering blue agate stone wall tiles:

Order Calculation Formula

• Total tile length: L = a + b + c
• Vertical plate thickness: T = e - d - 1 (Stone thickness: 15mm)

Example Size Calculation

• Step panel order size: L = 310mm
• Cement foundation tile size: a = 280mm
• Thickening strip floating out of the lintel: b = 15mm *(Recommended between 15mm-20mm, should not exceed 20mm)
• Vertical plate pressing plate size: T = 119mm
• Panel thickness: d = 15mm (only subtracting panel thickness)
• Cement foundation height: j = 150mm

Final Calculation Result:

• Blue agate stone wall tile: 310mm = 280mm + 15mm + 15mm
• Vertical plate: 134mm = 150mm - 15mm - 1mm
• The panel size remains unchanged, while the vertical plate size adjusts accordingly.
