• Clean wax (if any) using wax remover or polishing pads.
• Surface gloss before treatment: 20–50 degrees.

🔍 8-Step Application Process:

1 . Mix the Coating Solution

1 . Combine Glazing Agent (A), Curing Agent (B), and Catalytic Diluent (C) in a 3:1:1 ratio.

• Stir for 1–3 minutes.
• Apply Base Coating

2 .  Use 30–60ml/m² depending on thickness.

• Pour in the tile’s center, spread evenly with a wool row brush.
• Avoid excessive brushing; coating will self-level.
• Place in a dust-free environment to set.

3 . Initial Curing

• Room temperature: At least 24 hours
• Oven drying (preferred): 1–2 hours at 80°C

4 . Surface Sanding

• Depending on surface smoothness, use 600–1000# water sandpaper.
• Wrap sandpaper around a pad and polish with water while flushing.
• Ensure high flatness and no surface defects.
