Key Considerations:

1. The hole on the floor should be 40–60mm larger than the diameter of the drain pipe. The hole wall must be chipped and supported by a special mold. Use cement mortar for at least two rounds of blocking, pouring, and tamping.

2. The elevation of the drain pipe mouth should be determined according to the floor drain model to ensure a tight connection between the drain pipe and the floor drain.

3. When installing the floor drain, ensure the surrounding mortar is filled tightly.

4. The diameter of the floor drain and drainage pipe must meet drainage flow requirements, and the drainage pipe must be equipped with a water elbow.

Key Considerations:

1. The water-retaining strip in the shower room must be aligned on-site according to the design drawings.

• The structural floor should be pre-planted with ￠6mm round steel with a spacing of ≤ 300mm.
• The top must be welded with ￠6mm round steel connections
• Perform molding, pouring, and flanging.
• The flanged ground should be shaved in advance, and fine-stone concrete (melon seed concrete) should be used for pouring.
• The junction of the water-retaining flange and the wall should extend 20mm into the wall, and the ground must be uniformly waterproofed.

2. The floor tundra grey marble mosaic in the milling groove shower room must be made of high-density stone with a thickness of ≥ 20mm. The upper mouth of the anti-skid groove should be rounded and polished.

3. The junction of the water-retaining strip and the wall should be embedded with marble glue, and the width of the trench should be determined according to the floor drain specifications.

4. The tundra grey marble mosaic in the shower room must be laid using a wet paving process.
