Originally, the master bedroom lacked a proper bathroom. There was only a small washing area, which was inconvenient as it did not accommodate a shower. Through a complete renovation, the new bathroom is now just a few steps away from the bedroom, spanning approximately 10 square meters. A west-side window has been strategically added, enhancing both natural light and ventilation, while the previously cluttered sanitary corner has been removed. Despite the original small area, the new layout efficiently organizes the shower, bathtub, and toilet areas, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.

To move away from plain white walls, this bathroom features an extensive use of Thassos mosaic tiles. These tiles are applied not only to the walls but also in the shower area, seamlessly covering the entire space. Additionally, a waterproof overflow table has been constructed using the same Thassos mosaic tiles. This large-scale tiling technique highlights the bathroom’s fluid functionality, creating an illusion of a continuous water-and-sky effect.

Since the master bedroom is the only entry point, privacy concerns are minimal. Except for a small partition door in the toilet area, the entire bathroom adopts an open-plan design, making it feel more spacious and inviting.
