This is the case for the manufacture of terrazzo and marble. However, as the demand of society continues to increase, the process is constantly improving; after the terrazzo is ground as a whole, recrystallization and hardening treatment is the development direction of the terrazzo process. If the recrystallization and hardening treatment is to be performed, the above-mentioned grinding method has a big problem, that is, a large amount of water is absorbed by the terrazzo floor and almost saturated during the overall grinding process of the terrazzo and marble, so that the recrystallization and hardening treatment of the terrazzo cannot be carried out at all. Even if the terrazzo floor is dried and then recrystallized and hardened, the gloss, clarity, permeability, and wettability of the terrazzo vitrified surface are not very good, and the terrazzo floor will quickly lose its luster. This is because the continuous overflow of water vapor from the terrazzo and marble ground and the CO2, SO2, and NOX in the atmosphere generate weak acids (carbonic acid, nitrous acid and sulfurous acid), and we know that the main component of terrazzo is silicate, so the terrazzo disappears.
