Terrazzo 600x600 is a composite floor material with cement as the main raw material. Its low cost and good performance are widely used in large-scale public buildings.
To make terrazzo 600x600 on the concrete base, it should be leveled with cement mortar first, and the surface should be numbed. The terrazzo 600x600 floor can be made of copper strips, aluminum strips or low-priced glass strips. The stone is generally dolomite, marble, etc., with a particle size of 4-12 mm. When applying the cement gravel slurry surface layer, the surface layer should be about 5 mm higher than the grid bar, and 1-2 mm higher after compaction, so that it can be easily polished. After wiping the surface for 24 hours, water it for curing, and then you can walk on it.
After wiping the surface, the polishing time must be determined according to factors such as climate and cement label. Generally every 1-2 days in summer and 4-5 days in winter. Grind with 60-80 coarse grinding wheel for the first time until the stones are exposed. After 3 days, use a 100 grinding wheel for the second time. After grinding, make up the cement mortar and water for curing after 24 hours. After another 3 days, use 220# fine grinding wheel to polish, and finally use 280# whetstone to polish. After waxing and polishing, the last process is completed.
