Processing & Quality Control

1. Numbering System

• If the bending line is processed strictly according to the standard, each product is consistent and interchangeable, eliminating the need for numbering.
• However, due to:
  • Variations in worker skill levels
  • Natural differences in stone color and texture
• It becomes necessary to number the curved lines after formation to ensure uniformity in processing and aesthetics.

2. Numbering Method

• Numbers consist of letters + Arabic numerals.
• Placement of serial numbers:
  • Front side: Label with printed number
  • Back side: Red crayon or oil-based pen marking

3. Grinding & Polishing Process

Coarse Grinding

To reduce knife marks on curved lines and facilitate water grinding and polishing, rough grinding is done using:

• Diamond steel discs
• Sandpapers (120#, 220#, 330#)

Water Grinding & Polishing

• The curved line is polished using water abrasive discs or abrasive materials.

4. Final Processing Stages

Delivery

• The polished curved lines are repaired, cleaned, and protected before delivery.

Inspection

• The bend line is inspected according to the bend line quality standards.

Packaging

• The curved lines are packed using packing materials and wooden boxes for safe transportation.
