Contract Management for Sandstone Tile Cutting and Processing Plants

1. Contract Conditions

1. Contract Period:

• The contract duration is 3 years per period.
• After expiration, the contractor has priority for renewal under the same conditions.

2. License:

• The contract issuer (owner) handles and bears the related expenses.

3. Resource Price:

• The developer (owner) bears the cost.

4. Local Relations:

• For foreign contractors, the issuer can coordinate relations with the local government and village to facilitate settlement for mining and processing.

5. Contract Signing:

• The contract will be legally signed and agreed upon by both parties.

2. Contracting Methods

A. Sharing Method:

• The contractor pays a one-time fee of 4 million yuan.
• The existing processing plants and mining equipment are transferred to the contractor for use.
• The contractor bears the remaining investment.
• The block resource fee is 300 yuan/m².

B. Leasing Method:

1. Option 1:

• One-time payment of 3 million yuan.
• Annual payment of 1.2 million yuan.
• The developer does not participate in profit-sharing.

2. Option 2:

• One-time payment of 4 million yuan.
• Annual payment of 800,000 yuan.
• The developer does not participate in profit-sharing.

3. Investment Estimate (CH10)

Total Investment for Mine Expansion & New Processing Plants:

• Estimated Budget: 6.53 million yuan

(1) Sandstone Tile Cutting Expansion – 1.2 million yuan

Land Acquisition Compensation:

• 15,000 yuan/mu × 40 acres = 600,000 yuan

Resource Fee:

• Based on 1.2 million tons at 0.25 yuan/ton = 300,000 yuan

Geological Exploration, Resource & Environmental Assessment:

• 300,000 yuan

2) Mine Facilities & Equipment – 930,000 yuan
