Unmixed Seam Repairing for Sandstone Stone Tile
Unmixed seam repairing for sandstone stone tiles consists of resin, white filler, and a curing agent (a transparent liquid).
Usage Instructions
Mix White Filler & Resin:
- Combine white filler and resin in a ratio of 1:0.3.
- Do not add the curing agent at this stage.
Apply the Joint Patching Agent:
- Follow the same method as Type A patching agent for application.
Add the Curing Agent:
- Add about 3 drops of the curing agent to the mixture.
- Stir thoroughly using a putty knife.
Work Quickly:
- The curing time is approximately 5 minutes, so mix small amounts at a time to prevent it from hardening before use.
Apply to the Seam:
- Use a utility knife blade to fill the seam directly.
- If the repairing agent is unavailable or insufficient, beige marble glue can be used as a substitute.
Precautions
Handling the Curing Agent:
- The curing agent is a chemical solvent—avoid direct contact with skin or eyes.
- If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately.
Do Not Stir by Hand:
- Always use a putty knife to mix the patching agent.
Caution When Opening the Curing Agent Bottle:
- Due to long-distance transportation and storage, the curing agent may volatilize, causing the bottle to swell.
- Open carefully to prevent splashes that could injure the eyes or skin.
