National Famous Special Sandstone 12x24 Tile – Yingzuishan Sandstone Mine Seeking Cooperation

      1. Location & Geological Significance

The Yingzuishan Sandstone Mine is located in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, near the world-famous Tianzi Mountain in Zhangjiajie World Geological Park. The region's sandstone peaks and forests were formed over 300 million years ago during the Sinian period due to the Snow Peak Movement.

      • Originally a continental marginal sea area, the region underwent large-scale crustal subsidence, followed by long-term uplift and leaching by rain, forming the towering columnar sandstone pinnacles seen today.
      • The geological composition is mainly fine-grained quartz sandstone, cemented with silicon, iron, and calcium.
      • Yingzuishan, located 5-6 kilometers north of Sangzhi County and 50 kilometers west of Zhangjiajie City, shares these unique geological characteristics.

      Historical & Cultural Significance

      • Yingzuishan is the hometown of Marshal He Long.
      • The mountain is named after its peaks, which resemble an eagle's beak.
      • It stands at an elevation of approximately 660 meters and features a low mountain and hilly landform.

      2. Geological Survey & Resource Assessment

A 2007 survey conducted by the 413 Team of the Hunan Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration provided the following findings about the sandstone 12x24 tile in this mining area:

      Stratigraphy & Layer Composition

      • Two-layer structure:
        • Top Layer: 1-2 meters of clay and weathered material.
        • Interlayer: Approximately 1 meter thick.
        • Recoverable sandstone thickness: 8-20 meters.
      • The mine consists of thick-heavy-thick feldspar quartz sandstone from the Upper Triassic System.
      • The sandstone layers are stable, continuously distributed, and have a gentle dip angle (~19° inclination at 304°).

      Ore Composition & Physical Properties

      • Primary Composition:
        • Quartz (about 80%)
        • Feldspar (secondary component)
      • Ore Structure:
        • Massive structure with fine-grained texture
        • Dense and hard due to silicon and iron cementation
      • Physical Strength & Durability:
        • Rock Hardness: Grade IV
        • Compressive Strength: 30-60 MPa
        • Resistant to corrosion and weathering
      • Building Material Advantages:
        • Strong water absorption
        • No radioactivity
        • Good toughness
        • Stripping rate up to 90% (based on quarry extraction efficiency)

      3. Cooperation & Development Opportunities

Given its high-quality natural properties, Yingzuishan Sandstone 12x24 tile presents a valuable opportunity for building and decorative materials. The mine is actively seeking cooperation with developers, investors, and construction firms to expand mining, processing, and distribution.
