Quality Control:

We have a professional inspection team who will check the goods from block cutting ,finishing, packing and loading into the container,

If the surface is polished, then the degree will be 90 and up. Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.5, +/-1mm.

Each procedure will be double checked by 2 inspectors.

Clear product pictures will be sent by email to customers before shipment.

Sandstone Size and Specifications

The size of sandstone is roughly the same as that of conventional stone.

Common Sandstone Sizes:

• General Wet Paving:

  • 600mm × 300mm × 20mm
  • 600mm × 100mm × 20mm

• Dry Hanging Installation:

  • 600mm × 300mm × 30mm
  • 600mm × 100mm × 30mm

• High-End Hotel Exterior Walls (Dry Hanging):

  • 600mm × 800mm × 30mm
  • Some sections use a combination of 600mm × 300mm × 30mm and 600mm × 100mm × 30mm

Physical Performance Requirements for Curtain Wall Sandstone:

• Bulk Density: ≥ 2.4g/m³
• Water Absorption Rate:
  • General: ≤ 5%
  • After Waterproof Treatment: ≤ 1%
• Dry Compressive Strength: ≥ 68.9 MPa

• Domestic Ordinary Sandstone:
  • Thickness: 20mm
  • Market Price: 150-250 yuan/m²
• Building Exterior Wall Recommendation:
  • Thickness: ≥ 30mm
• Sandstone Art Sculptures:
  • Price varies based on processing difficulty and artistic value
• Imported Sandstone (e.g., Australian Sandstone):
  • Generally higher in price compared to domestic sandstone
