1. Particle Distribution

• The particles of a cast plate are larger and unevenly distributed, with the backside having noticeably fewer particles than the front.
• In contrast, a die-cast plate has evenly distributed particles.

2. Hardness Test

• Scratching with a hard object reveals that a cast plate has a hardness level lower than 4.
• A die-cast plate has a hardness level equal to or higher than Mohs 6, making it resistant to scratches.

3. Density and Weight

• A die-cast plate has a compact and stable internal structure, resulting in higher density and weight.
• A cast plate has an unstable internal structure, leading to lower density and lighter weight.
