When laying Panda Stone Slabs, proper installation ensures long-lasting beauty and structural integrity. Below is a professional step-by-step installation procedure to guide you through the process:

1. Surface Preparation:
Begin by wetting the base surface with water. Wait until there's no standing water before applying adhesive.

2. Apply Adhesive:
Use an artificial stone adhesive, scraping it in a strip pattern or full spread at a thickness of 3mm or more. Apply 2–3mm of adhesive to the back of the Panda stone slab as well.

3. Laying the Slabs:
Within the adhesive’s working time (per product instructions), press the slab firmly into place. Use a mallet to gently tap and ensure full, tight contact.

4. Alignment & Joints:
Leave a 2mm joint gap between slabs to allow for expansion and visual balance. Ensure level alignment with neighboring slabs.

5. Filling the Joints:
After 3 days, clean and fill the joints using special artificial stone fillers designed for marble slabs.

6. Cleaning:
Wipe off excess filler and any surface dirt using a non-acidic, marble-safe cleaner to protect the finish.

7. Expansion Joints:
For larger areas, include 5–8mm expansion joints every 8–10 meters to accommodate natural material movement.

8. Final Steps:
After installation, cleaning, and acceptance, remove any protective film from the surface for a flawless finish.
