To prevent this:

• The surface is flushed with clean water and a brush or high-pressure water to eliminate dust from both the stone's surface and crevices.
• Water used in cleaning can seep into the pores, which prevents deep resin penetration.
• Therefore, post-wash air drying or controlled thermal drying is essential. We use tunnel or tower drying equipment at 45–55°C for approximately 120 minutes, depending on the stone's density.
• Once the stone is fully dry, vacuum-aided glue filling is used to enhance resin absorption into micro-gaps, delivering better reinforcement and finish.

🧪 Epoxy Resin Application, Curing & Polishing

1 . Resin Application:

• Heated and melted epoxy resin is applied manually or mechanically to the surface at a thickness of 0.5mm–1mm.
• A certain amount of pressure ensures the resin penetrates into micro-crevices.

2 . Drying & Curing:

• The resin-coated stone is placed into a temperature-controlled container at 30–40°C for 120 minutes, or air-cured at room temperature for 24 hours.
• This ensures complete integration of the resin with the stone structure.

3 . Final Polishing:

• Once cured, the limestone undergoes professional polishing to increase its mechanical strength, enhance color consistency, and deliver a uniform, glossy finish.
