Protective agent: For marble products, we provide DuPont tile protective agent from the United States and special protective agent for marble imported from Germany for protection. Both of these products can effectively protect the marble from stains. Among them, DuPont's tile protection agent can provide long-term (more than 5 years) protection. During this period, stains occur and can be removed within 1-2 hours without leaving serious marks. This is common in foreign marble products. practice.

Even so, we still do not recommend using it in the shower area (wet area) of the bathroom, nor in the place where water is easy to store, and it is easy to come into contact with heavy stains. It also requires the user's continuous daily protection, remove any stains as soon as possible, and keep the daily ventilated and dry.

 Paving note: Marble products are strictly prohibited from being soaked in water. After soaking in water, it is difficult for the water to evaporate for a while, and the surface color will change. Therefore, after the paving is completed, clean it as soon as possible, and wipe off the water. At least 48 hours before it is dry, the caulk construction can be carried out. After the caulk construction is completed, use a sponge to remove the surface residue, and finally wipe off the water with a dry cloth. After the caulking agent has dried out within 24 hours, the protective agent shall be applied.

Anti-slip problem. Marble is not the same as ceramic tiles, because the surface is not as hard or dense as the tiles, so it is not slippery. In addition, because of the marble chevron mosaic, the gap between the tiles is filled with a large amount of caulking agent, which increases the friction and makes it more difficult to slip.

Marble is a natural product and there are various defects. We also found these problems when referring to similar products sold in Europe. The main ones are as follows:

1. Cracks. Generally, large cracks cannot be processed into our finished products. Small internal cracks will not cause damage. They are natural traces. We will try our best to avoid them, but they will not disappear completely.

2. Color difference, a whole piece of natural marble has color gradation and transition. After processing into a mosaic, this situation becomes more prominent. We can only guarantee that the overall tone is white, and we cannot guarantee that each piece is the same. Color, this is a natural attribute, please understand.

3. Damage, because the marble is very brittle, it may cause damage during the processing, transportation, and even the use and installation process. Small damage points or breaks are unavoidable problems. We recommend calculating the loss when buying. For individual damaged marble chevron mosaic, remove them for replacement. If there is a large area of damage that is likely to be a problem of logistics and transportation, please contact us in time.

4. Size error, because the production of marble chevron mosaic is manual operation, it is inevitable that there will be errors. Please understand some small size errors if it does not affect the paving. If the error is serious, it can be returned.
