1.6.1 Product Features

1.6.2 How to Use Light Travertine Floor Tiles

A. Base Treatment

🔹 Remove grease, floating dust, and loose substances from the adhesive layer.
🔹 The base layer and tiles do not need to be wetted before installation.
🔹 Ensure the bonding surface is clean.

B. Preparation of Adhesive Glue

🔹 Mix ratio: Adhesive & water = 4:1 (weight ratio).
🔹 Stir until the slurry reaches a smooth consistency, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
🔹 Stir again before use—do not add water during the second mixing.

C. Pasting Method

✅ Method 1:

1. Spread glue on the base surface with a trowel or toothed scraper.
2. Press & straighten the tile firmly onto the glue.

✅ Method 2:

1. Apply grout on the back of the tile.
2. Press the tile firmly against the wall and straighten it.
3. Scrape off excess grout for a clean finish.

D. Spotting After 24 Hours

🔹 Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to set before further work.
