Key Considerations:

1. Before paving the balcony light grey stone mosaic, a 48-hour water storage test must be conducted.

• Use flexible waterproof coatings for waterproofing.
• Ensure horizontal and vertical waterproofing to maintain waterproof layer tightness.
• Do not conduct the water storage test before the waterproof layer is completely dry.
• If the water becomes turbid or milky during the test, it indicates that the waterproof layer has not cured properly and has failed, requiring reapplication.
• The waterproof height of the balcony wall should be ≥ 300mm.

2.The ground base layer must be leveled with fine stone concrete and used for slope finding.

• Slope rate: 0.3% – 0.5%.

3. When paving the light grey stone mosaic (brick) surface layer:

• Use a special sawtooth blade to scrape the back of the special adhesive before paving.
• The adhesive layer thickness should be approximately 10mm.

Key Considerations:

1. The floor drain location must be laid out in advance on the ground.

• Position the floor drain as close as possible to the drain pipe.

2. The diameter of the floor drain and drainage pipe must meet the drainage flow requirements.

• The drainage pipe must include a water elbow.

3. The ground slope must align with drainage requirements.

• Slope rate: 0.3% – 0.5%.

4. If the terrace is larger than 15 square meters, it is recommended to install double floor drains.

5. In buildings without a height difference, it is recommended to use a trench system for drainage.
