Wall Ledgestone Panels Installation Method (Indoor Only)

A. Installation Using Tile Cement

1. Apply zigzag cement or 5 points of cement on the back of the stone.
2. Stick the stone directly onto the cement mortar-coated wall.

B. Installation on Wooden Base Walls

1. Use stone AB glue (avoid marble glue) to bond the wood board and stone.
2. Create a groove along the width of the ledgestone panels.
3. Use 18# copper wire to secure the stone to the wood board.
4. Fasten with self-tapping screws.

C. Installation on Concrete or Standard Brick Walls

• If the wall is concrete or standard brick (not hollow or air-entrained brick), use a simple dry-hanging method for construction.

Ledgestone Panels Installation for Countertops

Key Considerations:

• Avoid fixing the lower baffle with glue alone, as glue deteriorates over time when exposed to liquids, increasing the risk of detachment.
• Solution:
  • Use a combination of glue and stainless steel pendants to ensure stability.
  • Allow the pendants to transfer weight to the steel frame.

Final Sealing Process:

• Once the countertop is installed, seal the ledgestone panels and the basin with weather-resistant glue.
