⚒️ Installation Guidelines:

When laying grey granite kerb edging for a roadway, ensure the finished top level is at least 150 mm above the base. For structural stability, more than half of the block granite pin kerb height should sit above the asphalt layer. The trench depth must accommodate both the kerb and a concrete base, generally half the kerb's height.

Be cautious with the concrete volume—"ghostly concrete" (uncontrolled overflow) should not exceed what the kerb structure can support. Always verify that the kerb flags are stable, level, and flush with surrounding granite cobble kerbs. If a charcon granite kerb appears too low or high, adjust the bedding accordingly. The granite conservation kerbs must have a firm foundation and distribute weight evenly across the surface.

In precision landscaping, kerb thickness determines the kerb’s quadrant length and edge width, so understanding kerb dimensions is key. Overestimating material needs or misjudging edge height can lead to wasted concrete and flawed installations.
