Wooden Box Packaging Guidelines

1. Arrangement & Placement:
• Position the boards with their smooth sides opposite each other.
• Line the wooden box with moisture-proof paper and place the boards in order.
• The wooden box must not include other external materials.
• Insert 50mm foam strips at intervals.
2. Special Considerations for Gray Sandstone Honed Slabs:
• Slabs larger than 800mm must be stored vertically.
• Each box should have supports at both ends.
• Secure with an iron waist hoop and reinforce corners with iron-clad edges.
3. Labeling & Identification:
• Each packaged set must include the number, name, specification, and quantity of the slabs.
• Supporting engineering materials should be numbered according to the drawings on each plate.
4. Packaging Indications & Compliance:
• The exterior of the box must have clear indication signs for:
• "Upward"
• "Moisture-proof"
• "Handle with care"
• Symbols and usage methods must comply with GB191-73 standards for Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instruction Signs

Transportation Requirements

1. Handling Regulations:
• Handle with care; dropping is strictly prohibited.
• When stacking upright, ensure the back edge lands first on the ground.
2. Carrying Large Slabs:
• Gray sandstone honed slabs exceeding 0.25m² must be carried upright.
• Large products lifted with tools must have lined stressed edges for protection.
