For non-through grooves, there is generally no splicing relationship, so it can be processed strictly according to the flexible marble veneer drawings. The selection of gong wheels must be selected according to the drawings. When reviewing the order, check whether the groove workshop to be modeled has ready-made gong wheels. If not, communicate with the production and sales office whether to process according to the closest gong wheel. If possible, it needs to be reprocessed in the workshop after the revised drawings are issued. The groove width of the brushed surface is generally the thickness of the blade, which is between 4-5mm, and usually does not need to be polished (unless the customer has a demand, and the price is adjusted).
Since there are so many grooves on the drawing surface, if the error of one groove is only 0.1mm, then the cumulative error of 50 grooves is 5mm, and the dislocation phenomenon is very serious. Therefore, when processing the drawing surface, we must pay attention to splicing and processing. . Combine multiple grooves together to design brushed surface forming knives. Processing with a flexible marble veneer surface forming knife can improve the processing accuracy of the drawing groove. Reduce the deviation of the brushed surface. For the processing of such grooves, a standard steel template is made according to the processing width. During the processing, every 5 grooves are drawn, and the operator must check with the standard steel template. When it is found that the deviation between the drawn groove and the standard template is greater than 1mm, re-adjust the groove spacing, correct the machining deviation, and make the machining error meet the requirements of the machining drawing. A certain engineering order requires a 3400*210*16.5 wire drawing surface, and a bridge cutting material with a length of 3000 and a length of 400. Due to the large number of slots and the need to try out, it must be 0 error, otherwise the cumulative error will be very large. When the groove is large, the two boards must be tried together before the groove is drawn, so as to ensure the consistency.
