Quality Control:

We have a professional inspection team who will check the goods from block cutting ,finishing, packing and loading into the container,

If the surface is polished, then the degree will be 90 and up. Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.5, +/-1mm.

Each procedure will be double checked by 2 inspectors.

Preparation Before Construction

Before starting construction, the cream sandstone tiles must be properly placed on-site. The tiles can be positioned horizontally or vertically, but care should be taken to prevent damage to their surface and edges.

1. Cleaning Process:

• Wash the entire surface of the tiles with water to remove dirt.
• Allow them to dry completely.
• Finally, rinse the tile surface using a mixture of hydrochloric acid and water applied through a hose to ensure all dirt is thoroughly removed.

Construction Method

A. Surface Preparation

Before construction, apply a binding mixture on the concrete surface where the cream sandstone tiles will be laid. This mixture consists of:

• Binding soil (adhesive additives for cement)
• Water and cement, thoroughly stirred together
• Apply this mixture evenly using a brush.

B. Mortar Preparation

Mix the following materials to create mortar:

• Sand (free of impurities)
• Cement
• Lime
• Water
• The recommended ratio is 3:1:1 (sand:cement:lime).

C. Application Process

• Ensure the mixed mortar maintains a uniform consistency, and use a standardized measurement method.
• Spread the mortar evenly over the designated area.
• Even if the mortar appears dry during application, its adhesion remains strong, so avoid adding water frequently.
