2007: The Rise of Nanfeng Mosaic City
In the second half of 2007, the mosaic industry was not widely recognized within the construction sector. Many viewed Carrara marble mosaic honed as merely an "attachment" to larger industries such as ceramics, glass, and stone. Initially, when planning the development of the exhibition industry, the focus was on establishing a bathroom exhibition base.
However, in just over two months, more than 30 mosaic manufacturers gathered at Nanfeng Mosaic City to showcase their high-quality products. This attracted significant attention from the China Ceramic Industry Association, China Building and Sanitary Ceramics Association, and local government leaders. The city quickly became a hub for merchants from around the world.
As China’s first professional mosaic city, and possibly the world’s, it disrupted the previously fragmented mosaic market. From the moment of its creation, it was destined for more than mere existence—it refused to remain in the background as just an accessory to the architectural decoration industry.

Since its official launch on October 1, Nanfeng Mosaic City has gained significant attention from industry professionals. In just over two months, 30 Carrara marble mosaic honed merchants have already settled in, and discussions with larger manufacturers are ongoing.
The "nest" has been built, and the "phoenix" has arrived. Our next priority is to increase awareness and strengthen promotion. To achieve this, we have launched the China Mosaic City website and, within a month, introduced the "Mosaic Culture" newspaper. We hope these initiatives will help Nanfeng Mosaic City reach thousands of households, establishing it as the premier destination for mosaic products.
