      Structural Components

      1. Particles

      • Composed mainly of gravel debris, formed by micrite calcite.
      • Types:
        • Micrite Limestone
        • Micritic Limestone with Biological Debris
        • Spherulitic Micrite Limestone
      • Small amount of sand, primarily concentrated in the 1–1.3mm range.
      • Particles exhibit medium sorting and subangular shapes.
      • Composition:
        • Gravel: 65%
        • Sand: 3%
        • Biological debris (e.g., trilobites, wave-fiber structure, single-crystal echinoderms): 2%
      • Overall content: 70%

      2. Mud

      • Includes mud crystals and granular mud crystals with a tendency to recrystallize.
      • Displays a bright crystal transformation.
      • Content: 20%

      3. Cement

      • Composed of splendid calcite and suspended-pull neutral cement.
      • Presence of comb shells.
      • Includes first and second-phase cemented products.
      • Content: 10%

      4. Microstructure

      • Sutures cut through particles.
      • Pores facilitate oil and gas migration.

      5. Diagenesis and Pore Evolution

      1.     Compaction

o    Displays point and line contact.

o    Ducking effect is not obvious.

      2.     Cementation

o    Gravity cementation of splendid calcite.

      o    Primary and secondary cementation.

      3.     Recrystallization

o    Desmitting (removal) of micrite crystals.

      4.     Dissolution

o    Dissolution lines present along gravel edges.

o    Harbour-shaped dissolution filled with calcite.
