Stone mosaics are made by cutting, shaping, and polishing natural stone into small mosaic blocks of various sizes and shapes. These mosaics are among the oldest and most traditional forms of mosaic tile.

Installation Guide for Brick Marble Mosaic Wall Tiles

1. Preparing the Base Surface

• The base surface should be cleared and leveled, leaving a 3mm space larger than the tile thickness for proper adhesion.
• Ensure the surface is completely clean before installation.

2. Pre-Laying the Mosaic Tiles

• Before installation, pre-lay the tiles according to the installation drawings to match the design.
• For large areas, number the tiles according to a schematic diagram to ensure accurate placement.

3. Installing the Stone Mosaic Tiles

• Apply adhesive: Use a special tile adhesive and spread it evenly on the base layer, keeping it 2mm thick.
• Position the tiles: Align each tile according to the design gaps and press them into the adhesive.
• Secure the surface: Place a flat, thick wooden board on top and gently tap it with a rubber hammer to ensure strong adhesion.

4. Grouting & Finishing

• Once the adhesive has partially dried and gained strength, begin the grouting process.
• Use a wooden or rubber spatula to apply the grout evenly into the mosaic gaps.
• After the grout partially dries and sets, clean the surface for a polished final look.
