3. Wall Construction Process

a. Wall Base Treatment

1. Use a 5cc board as the base.
2. Set up the light line and install lamp tubes.

b. Structural Framework Installation

1. Weld angle iron onto the wall based on the thickness of the Black Agate Slab.
2. Ensure the frame is on a vertical plane.

c. Slab Installation

1. Punch holes on the top and bottom of the Black Agate Slab.
2. Use special marble components to secure the slab to the structure frame to prevent it from falling off.
3. Fix the slab with marble glue.

4. Construction Technology for Translucent Marble Ceiling (Light Box Piece)

a. Structural Setup

1. Drill and install expansion bolts on the original building’s ceiling.
2. Fix the main keel and auxiliary keel onto the hanging bars.

b. Base Layer Preparation

1. Attach gypsum board and blockboard to the light steel keel using self-tapping screws.
2. Treat self-tapping screw holes with anti-rust paint.

c. Surface Finishing

1. Apply two coats of chlorine partial emulsion or emulsified varnish moisture-proof paint.
2. Scrape a 2mm-thick water-resistant putty layer.
3. Finish with latex paint.

d. Installation of Trim and Slab

1. Install L-shaped stainless steel trim strips and fix them to the wood base using self-tapping screws.
2. Install the Black Agate Slab light-transmitting sheet, ensuring a 3mm gap at the corners for easy maintenance.
