Installation and Seam Repair for 300x300 Sandstone Pavers

Installation Method

• The small imposition installation method applies to 300x300 sandstone pavers weighing below 30KG per square meter.
• For pavers above 30KG, small self-tapping expansion screws should be used for a stronger and safer installation.
• The installation method is similar to large relief installation, except that smaller screws are used.

Seam Repairing for 300x300 Sandstone Pavers

Common seam-repairing materials are pre-mixed and only require a curing agent (transparent liquid) before use.

Usage Instructions (Type A Seam Repairing Material)

Prepare the Blending Tool

• Use a 300x300 sandstone paver (about 20cm × 20cm) as a mixing surface.

Measure the Material

• Take about 50 grams of the seam-repairing material using a 2-inch putty knife.

Add the Curing Agent

• Add 3 drops of curing agent.
• Stir thoroughly with a putty knife.

Work Quickly

• The curing time is approximately 5 minutes.
• Mix small amounts at a time to prevent premature curing before application.

Apply to the Seam

• Use a utility knife blade to fill the seam directly.
